1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CIRCLETIME (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it by unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, or uploading unlawful content.

5. Child Data and FERPA/COPPA

Centers using the Service act as data controllers for child records. CIRCLETIME processes such data on behalf of the center under our Data Processing Addendum and in compliance with applicable laws including COPPA and FERPA.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and trademarks remain the property of CIRCLETIME or its licensors. You retain ownership of data you upload.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 30 days in advance.
