How does the free first month work?+
When you sign up, we collect a card on file but don't charge it for 30 days. You get full access to every feature — attendance, billing, messaging, AI Compliance Shield, marketing — exactly as a paying center. No feature limits, no watermark, no trial-only restrictions.
What happens when my trial ends?+
On day 31, your card is automatically charged $89 for that month and you continue uninterrupted. We email you a receipt and a reminder three days before the first charge so there are no surprises. From then on it's a flat $89 on the same day each month.
How do I cancel before being charged?+
Open Subscription in your dashboard and click Cancel any time during the 30-day trial. You won't be charged a cent. You'll keep access until the trial ends, then your account pauses and your data is retained for 90 days in case you come back.
Can I cancel after I've started paying?+
Yes — cancel any time from Subscription in your dashboard. You keep full access through the end of the month you already paid for, then the account pauses. No cancellation fees, no contracts, no questions.
Is it really $89/month — flat — forever?+
Yes. One flat $89/month per center covers everything: unlimited children, staff, parents, the parent mobile app, AI Compliance Shield, marketing suite, predictive analytics, and every future feature. No per-parent fees, no setup costs, no annual contract. Your $89 access price is locked.
Are there setup fees, per-parent charges, or hidden costs?+
No. The only money that moves outside the $89 is Stripe's standard payment processing on tuition you collect from parents — we don't take a cut of that.
What if my payment fails after the trial?+
Stripe automatically retries the charge over a few days and emails you. Your account stays active during retries (we surface a banner in your dashboard). If all retries fail, the account is paused — your data stays safe and you can update your card any time to resume.
Can I switch from Brightwheel, Procare, or HiMama?+
Yes. Our migration importer ingests CSV exports from all three. Most centers are live within a week.
Will pricing change later?+
Your $89 access price is locked. We may add optional add-ons in the future (e.g. multi-site rollups, white-label) — those would be separate, optional upsells, never required.
